“Every Ramayan is ancient. Every emotion is today's.”
Not another retelling of Ramayan.
Rameshwaram is a live storytelling and poetry experience that reimagines the Ramayan through the emotions of its characters. Created by Badal Mishra under InvvaClub, it's not a lecture or a recitation — it's an immersive journey into the hearts of Ram, Sita, Hanuman, and the others who shaped one of humanity's greatest epics.
Through original poetry in Hindi and Sanskrit, cinematic narration, and raw emotional honesty, Rameshwaram asks: what if these ancient characters felt exactly like us? What if their dilemmas — duty vs. desire, loyalty vs. truth — are the same ones we face today?
The result is a 60-minute experience that leaves audiences still, moved, and seeing the Ramayan with entirely new eyes.

What the audience says
“I've heard Ramayan my whole life. I've never felt it like this. Badal doesn't tell the story — he makes you live inside it.”

Ananya Desai

“Left the venue feeling like I'd traveled through time. Ancient stories, modern emotions — the tagline is not marketing. It's truth.”

Badal Mishra
Engineer · Storyteller · Creator
Badal Mishra is a storyteller, poet, and engineer who believes that the oldest stories hold the newest truths. With Rameshwaram, he set out to do something radical: make the Ramayan feel personal, urgent, and alive for a generation that thinks it already knows the story.
Drawing on years of studying the epic, writing original poetry, and performing at intimate venues across Mumbai, Badal created Rameshwaram under InvvaClub — a creative collective dedicated to reimagining Indian narratives for modern audiences.
His performances have left audiences in stunned silence, moved to tears, and asking one question: “When is the next show?”
